For New Patients

Your First Visit...
Your first visit to our practice will consist of an initial consultation and exam. At this time, Dr. Norm will answer any questions you may have,
​and together you will discuss a treatment plan that will work best for you. We set aside one hour for your first visit.
 Bring your Health Insurance card. If you have had any imaging (X-Rays, MRI's, etc.) please bring your discs or films and the report that accompanied them.
